2) What Otto provides
Otto provides a hosted, remote MCP server that lets you interact with Google Ads through supported MCP clients. Otto may enable actions such as reporting, keyword research, and account/campaign management via the Google Ads API.
3) Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring you have permission to access and manage any Google Ads accounts you connect
• Reviewing outputs before making changes
• All actions performed using your credentials or access tokens
4) No professional advice
Otto provides automation and tooling. It does not provide legal, financial, or guaranteed performance outcomes. You are responsible for decisions and changes made in your ad accounts.
5) Service availability
We aim to keep Otto available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, or platform changes.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Abuse or overload the service (e.g., excessive automated requests)
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract secrets
Use Otto for unlawful or harmful activities
We may suspend access for abuse or misuse.
7) Payments and billing
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or in an agreed invoice. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Taxes and payment processing may be handled by our payment partner.
