1) Trial / first payment refunds
For first-time subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
2) Renewals
After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
3) Service issues
If a major service issue prevents meaningful use of Otto, contact us and we’ll review your case. We may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
