14-day refund window
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of completing a transaction.
You do not need to give a reason to request a refund within this 14-day period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, please contact Paddle using the refund or support link in your Paddle purchase receipt.
You may also email us at suyash@hireotto.com and we will help route your request.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Refund requests for recent payments should be made within the 14-day refund window above.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on Paddle and your payment provider.
